Rain Guard of Tulsa, Inc. Warranty

Thank you for choosing Rain Guard of Tulsa for your gutter needs. We appreciate your business and look forward to being the contractor of choice for all of your gutter needs. Rain Guard has over 30 years in the Tulsa market, and gutters installed well over 20 years ago are still in service today. Beware of companies who have only been in business for a short time and offer long warranties. There is a high turn over in this market. We believe a service company warranty is only as good as the number of years they have been in the business. Rain Guard has been family owned and operated since 1982.

Rain Guard strongly recommends that gutters be serviced and cleaned out twice a year, and offers a maintenance program to keep your gutters in great shape for many years. We also offer Gutter Helmet, a maintenance free cover for the gutters. If you wish to join the program, or learn more about Gutter Helmet please call our office to set up an appointment with one of our representatives.

Warranty

The warranty below is based upon agreed contract and is effective after the job has been completed and paid in full.

Rain Guard offers a lifetime guarantee for all workmanship and materials for as long as you own your home. We also offer a transferrable warranty for any new owner of the home. After inspection of the home by Rain Guard, the warranty can be transferred for a $150.00 fee, providing there are no problems caused by, but not limited to, lack of maintenance.
Our suppliers guarantee the baked on enamel finish for 20 years against cracking, chipping, or peeling, but in our 30 years we have never had this issue. We will repair or replace any part necessary if it is a direct result of faulty workmanship or faulty materials. We do not cover damage due to neglect or lack of proper maintenance. GUTTERS MUST BE CLEANED. Please see other exclusions below:

  • Painting of gutter voids manufacturers finish warranty.

  • Re-roofing requires an inspection, by one of our staff, before and after roof work is completed. Roofing crews can be your gutters worst enemy!

  • Ice damming should be warranted by your roofer, guttering is not the cause. See roofer about snow and ice barrier. Rain Guard does offer a roof and gutter de-icing system.

  • Natural disasters such as tornados, lightening, severe wind, large hail or any other natural causes are not covered.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your new Rain Guard Gutter system, feel free to contact me at 918-299-0419.  I would be glad to help answer any questions. Thank you for using Rain Guard Inc.
