MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

What the program is about

 

The maintenance program was designed to keep your gutter working properly year round. We recommend that your gutter system be cleaned out at least twice a year. The usual clean out times are early April or late November.

When Rain Guard cleans out your gutter system we will do the following:

• Check the hangers and straphangers

• Check for leaks

• Perform a flow check to insure water is flowing properly

 

If you have underground drains we will remove the downspouts before clean out begins to assure you no further debris gets into your drains. We will push water through the drains to force any debris out of the line.

With the purchase of your new gutter system you will receive two alterations to your gutter and two relocations of your downspouts in the first year for free.
Rain Guard offers Gutter Helmet and EZ Lock Leaf Screen to help keep your gutters clean.

 

Gutter Helmet

Gutter Helmet is the original gutter protection solution. It is a closed system that keeps debris from getting into your gutters. Gutter Helmet never has to be cleaned and is backed with a lifetime warranty.

EZ Lock Leaf Screen

EZ Lock Leaf Screen is made of black, powder coated, steel mesh that lock into your gutter. It prevents leaves and large debris from entering your gutters. EZ Lock Leaf Screen lifts out easily when it needs to be removed.

On an average your clean out will range between $165.00 to $495.00. The price can very for a number of reasons. The amount of guttering you have, the height of your system, and if the downspouts are blocked to name a few.
